We are

St Helena Hospice

St Helena Hospice provides specialist palliative and end-of-life care to local people facing incurable illness in north east Essex, supporting them, their families, friends and carers.

We provide individual care and total support wherever it is needed, including at home, over the phone through our 24/7 advice line, and at the hospice. We also help adults in north Essex to cope with grief following the death of a loved one, regardless of where or how they died.

We connect with members of our community to help them make their own choices and live with dignity. By addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, we aim to provide comfort and relief to anyone in need. We offer individuals in North East Essex personalised care and comprehensive support, regardless of their diagnosis or personal circumstances.

As a charity, we greatly depend on the support and generosity of our fundraisers, donors, and volunteers. Without their contributions, our organisation would not exist.
