And because we’re part of a charity, any surplus we make goes straight back into St Helena Hospice. That means every visit, every helping hand, enables us to continue offering specialist care and support to local people and families when they need it most.

Our care assistants are here to support you in living comfortably, safely, and independently in your own home. They’re trained, professional, and compassionate—and there’s a lot they can do to make everyday life easier and more enjoyable.
Tailored to You
Every person is unique, so the care we provide is always based on your individual care plan. This plan outlines exactly what support you want and need—from a few visits a week to multiple visits a day.

We're Here For You
At St Helena Care & Support, we offer more than just day-to-day home care. Our team also provides a range of specialist services designed to help people stay safe, well, and supported in their own homes—especially during times of change or crisis.
These services are funded by the North East Essex Integrated Care Board and are free of charge. Referrals are made by hospitals or community health teams.
